Essential Yoga Studio is excited to partner with various holistic wellness practitioners and nature-related organizations to provide unique, safe, and soul-nourishing retreats to our community!
Join Kimberlee Boise of Red Riding Hood Society, Seder Kojdecki of Mystical Thoughts, and Sunni Nutt of Essential Yoga Studio for a retreat full of community, comfort, and crystals! On this three night, two-and-a-half day getaway, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your connection to yourself, other women, and the earth through hiking, yoga, guided meditation, journaling and introspection, and crystal mining in Mt Ida, Arkansas! Only seven spots are available, both for shared sleeping spaces and solo, and all meals, transportation (after arrival at the Retreat site), and mining supplies are provided to attendees!
Our agenda for our time together includes the following:
- Dinner Friday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday and Sunday; and a to-go breakfast Monday morning before departing for home;
- Yoga, including guided meditation, gentle stretching, and movement each morning and evening;
- Hiking, swimming, sunbathing, snoozing riverside, dancing in the moonlight;
- Mining for “Arkansas ice” crystals (you get to keep all you mine!);
- Journaling and connecting with like minds, hearts, and souls
Accommodations include indoor sleeping arrangements with two full beds (one sleeper each) and two queen beds (two sleepers each), full bathrooms with walk-in showers, amazing views and outdoor firepits overlooking the Ouachita River.
Transportation to cabins Mt Ida is not provided though carpooling is encouraged; transportation from cabins to mines, hiking, or other destinations will be provided.
Some restaurants and a Dollar General are a short distance away though attendees are encouraged to bring snacks and beverages (alcohol is a-ok!) and to pack all toiletries, sleeping linens, and towels/washcloths needed for the weekend.
Tickets are $444 each for a shared sleeping arrangement for the full weekend (purchase a ticket with a friend you don’t mind to sleep next to or bring a sleeping bag to “keep it separated!”), $466 for a solo sleeping arrangement for the full weekend, or $111 for a one-day pass for Saturday, September 2 (all meals and mining material still included!).
Upon registration, attendees will be invoiced for their ticket price with the option to schedule a payment plan. Attendees will also receive a Google Form to collect pertinent registration information and preferences, such as sleeping arrangement and dietary restrictions, and be required to sign a Waiver for Release of Liability for all three partnering hosts. Any questions about this event may be directed to Seder, Sunni, or Kimmy. We’re so excited to share time, space, sunshine, and community with you!
