It's always a calm and comforting atmosphere with so many different classes and teacher styles to choose from. There are always fun community events going on throughout the year (like cat yoga, pumpkin carving, and craft circles to name a few of my favorites) in addition to daytime and evening yoga classes. The classes were welcoming and suitable for different skill levels, and the instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. The studio had a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere, and I really appreciated the personalized attention. The instructors are all thoughtful and skilled, the community is supportive and everything is done with such intention. The class schedule offers a great variety to choose from. The students are so kind too and EYS truly is a community. The environment is uplifting, welcoming to all, and feels so peaceful. Sunni and every other instructor really cares and is passionate about what they’re doing and the community there is very warm. As someone who is newer to yoga in a studio, I always feel very welcome. I didn’t realize I was missing a community until I found it there. Yes, I love going to classes and they have amazing teachers, but in my opinion the best part is the community. Sunni has created a loving and accepting space where people can grow, heal, and connect to some of the most loving humans.
