There are always fun community events going on throughout the year (like cat yoga, pumpkin carving, and craft circles to name a few of my favorites) in addition to daytime and evening yoga classes. When I first started attending classes at Essential, I was simply looking for some good yoga classes. I didn’t realize I was missing a community until I found it there. Yes, I love going to classes and they have amazing teachers, but in my opinion the best part is the community. Sunni has created a loving and accepting space where people can grow, heal, and connect to some of the most loving humans.
