Restorative Yoga – A slow-paced class that focuses relaxation of the body, mind and spirit. It is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, perhaps just a few postures in the course of class. (Open Level)

Root to Rise– Start your day off right with an hour long early morning yoga class. Plenty of gentle stretching plus some sun salutations to awaken your body, get your blood flowing, center yourself and mentally prepare for the day. (Open Level)

Meditation – Cultivating mindfulness through meditation can help improve our overall wellbeing and physical and mental health. Shifting our thoughts away from our usual preoccupations, meditation opens the door to an appreciation of the moment and a larger perspective on life. We are then able to achieve a greater sense of awareness, wisdom, introspection, and a deeper sense of relaxation. Your instructor will lead you through a 30 minute guided meditation. (Open Level)
