For Individuals: Essential Yoga Studio welcomes the opportunity to support your practice one-on-one! A student may choose private yoga instruction at Essential Yoga Studio for many reasons including, but not limited to, availability that is out of sync with our group class schedule; building mobility, flexibility, or strength post-injury or a medical procedure; access to individualized support not provided in a group setting; specialized classes for prenatal or post-delivery; seeking an increased focus on breathwork, meditation, or specific yoga styles or shapes; or beginner students looking to gain confidence prior to attending group classes. All of these reasons are valid, accepted, and welcomed at Essential!
The following add-ons are available for individual sessions: mini sound baths, aromatherapy, and Reiki energy support. Individual yoga instruction begins at a rate of $60 per hour for in-studio sessions or $75 per hour for non-studio sessions. Additionally, we offer “punch cards” for private instruction! At a rate of five in-studio sessions for $250 (five in-home sessions for $300), this is a discount of $10 off each session. Private Instruction Punch Cards are good for one year from time of purchase.
For Couples: Couples may choose private yoga instruction together for the same reasons an individual alone may choose to do so, or to support greater connection or intimacy between the two partners.
The following add-ons are also available for private couple sessions: mini sound baths, aromatherapy, and Reiki energy support. Private instruction sessions for couples begin at a rate of $100 per hour for in-studio sessions or $125 per hour for non-studio sessions.
For Small Groups & Private Parties: Essential Yoga Studio is happy to provide private group yoga instruction for events such as bachelorette parties, birthday parties, sorority/fraternity wellness events, employee appreciation and wellness events, and girls’ nights! The following add-ons are also available for private couple sessions: mini sound baths, aromatherapy, and Reiki energy support. Private parties begin at $100 per hour for up to 5 participants in-studio ($125 per hour for non-studio parties) or $150 for greater than 5 participants in-studio ($175 for non-studio parties).
