Do you want to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, connect with like-spirited community members, and learn something along the way? We’ve got you!
At this monthly gathering, you can expect vegan snacks, hot tea, water; an educational or conversational topic around spirituality, yoga philosophy, and supportive practices; a safe, welcoming environment to practice svadhyaya (self-study). Advanced booking required. Choose your donation amount – from $0 to $15 – at checkout to help support the cost of food, tea, and facilitator’s time. Conscious Conversations will evolve as we move forward and we can’t wait see how it does! Always open to all!
Our plants have become such a staple in the Studio – a mindfulness tool, a conversation starter, an inspiration – we can literally breathe easier with them in our space! We’re so grateful for their greenery and the little bit of the natural world they bring into our strip center! We know, we know – we should have done this in the SPRING. But, here we are!
How it works:
Book your spot for $10 and we’ll have houseplant potting soil for you to use OR bring a bag of potting soil and skip the entry fee! We’re not plant experts – no special soils or soil mixes necessary as long as they’re designated for houseplants. I like to think all the love and light our plants receive keeps them healthy without the extra additives! 
Bring your own plant and pot to re-pot OR come hang out and help re-pot our beauties. We’d love to have you! PLUS feel welcome to bring a prop (propagated plant cutting) to swap and take one from one of our plants or another guest! 
We’ll have snacks and beverages available too! This is a low-key “come and go” event designed to bring people together around something fun and light!

Join us for some classic spooky music and pumpkin carving or decorating in the Studio! Pumpkins, pumpkin carving and painting supplies, hot apple cider, hot tea, and water will be provided.
Feel free to bring anything to share that might be helpful for our crafting – paints, googly eyes, colorful push pins, whatever crafty things you’d like!
Ziploc baggies will be available for anyone who’d like to take their pumpkin seeds home for roasting and tea lights for inside your pumpkin will also be provided.
