Essential Yoga Studio is excited to partner with various holistic wellness practitioners and nature-related organizations to provide unique, safe, and soul-nourishing retreats to our community!

Reset, Receive Retreat 2025

Join Essential Yoga Studio and Altruistic Energy February 28-March 2, 2025 as we invite an energetic transition from the cold, dark days of Winter to the warm, growth-focused, earthy energy of Spring. 

At Reset, Receive, Retreat, we’ll spend three days and two nights in gorgeous Bella Vista, AR, just two hours from Springfield, Missouri, exploring how community and creativity, Reiki energy healing, yoga, and sound frequency can support our energetic bodies.

Indoor lodging; five meals, snacks, and drinks; and all activities in the tentative agenda below are included!

• Friday: Lunch, opening circle, Reiki sessions, dinner, guided meditation and yoga nidra 
• Saturday: gentle yoga; breakfast; Reiki sessions continue; lunch; time to rest, connect with others, and create; evening sound bath
• Sunday: Kundalini yoga; late breakfast, and closing circle

All sessions will be provided by certified yoga instructors, Reiki energy healers, and sound bath practitioners. Menu will be fully vegetarian with options provided for our vegan friends, as well – please indicate any dietary restrictions, allergies, or sensitivities in the registration form.

This retreat is for women only; seven spots are available. Bedspace is shared or solo as shown below:

Ticket fees are reflected in the table above; payment plans are available with the total ticket price due 4 weeks prior to the Retreat.

Camp Crystal 2024: Phantom Quartz was a beautiful experience of early Fall in the Ozarks! We mined for Phantom Quartz, played in the Ouachita river, hiked, roasted marshmallows, pulled cards, journaled, relaxed, ate good food, and found connection with each other and the earth. Here are a few photos of our time together!

Reset, Receive, Retreat: Spring 2024 in Bella Vista, AR was INCREDIBLE! One of our participants summed it up perfectly with the following feedback: “This weekend was magical! There is nothing I would change. You guys did such a great job putting everything together… you made it seem effortless and I know you put in your heart and soul, an amazing amount of effort and care. From start to finish, everything seemed PERFECT from my perspective. I couldn’t tell you one thing I would change for next time. I can’t even think of a better word than “magical!”

We are so incredibly grateful for the gorgeous souls who attended and can’t wait for our next mining Retreat – this time at a phantom quartz mine – in Fall 2024!
