Our Journey Back to Playful Wellness:
Thursday, June 19
Arrive and settle into your camp home. After dinner and our opening circle, we’ll gather around the bonfire for connection and reimagined s’mores—both sweet and savory options to satisfy all doshas!
Friday, June 20
Greet the day with optional coffee or tea before morning yoga and a grounding walking meditation. Following a nourishing breakfast, dive into playful summer activities that awaken your inner child. After lunch, tap into your creativity with natural art-making workshops. As the sun sets on the summer solstice, we’ll celebrate with a special dinner and ceremony.
Saturday, June 21
Experience a unique walking breakfast during our morning meditation. Then, surrender to the flow as we spend the day floating on the beautiful Niangua River, enjoying lunch on the water. Return to camp for dinner followed by restorative evening practices—gentle stretching and an immersive sound bath to harmonize your energy.
Sunday, June 22
Savor our final morning together with coffee or tea, a nourishing breakfast, and a thoughtful closing circle before we pack up, carrying our refreshed spirits back into the world.
What to Expect:
This retreat blends the best of summer camp nostalgia with Ayurvedic principles that help you find your natural balance. Whether you’re floating down the river, creating art from nature, or gathering around the bonfire, each activity is designed to delight your senses while honoring your unique constitution.
There are 14 “glamping” spots available – registrants may choose a queen-sized bed to themselves for $577 or a shared bed space for $444. Note: all tents will hold 2-4 registrants; this Retreat is open to all genders, ages 18+. All meals, lodging, and floating are included. Feel free to bring extra snacks and any extra camping supplies that help you comfortable! A menu and packing list will be provided two weeks prior to the Retreat.
Come play, rest, and reconnect—to yourself, to nature, and to a community of like-minded souls seeking balance in an often unbalanced world.

Past Retreats
Reset, Receive, Retreat: Spring 2025 in Bella Vista, AR was, again, such an incredible experience. Our intimate group of 9 found time to relax, connect, hike, create, laugh, and to BE. We can’t wait for next year!
Camp Crystal 2024: Phantom Quartz was a beautiful experience of early Fall in the Ozarks! We mined for Phantom Quartz, played in the Ouachita river, hiked, roasted marshmallows, pulled cards, journaled, relaxed, ate good food, and found connection with each other and the earth. Here are a few photos of our time together!
Reset, Receive, Retreat: Spring 2024 in Bella Vista, AR was INCREDIBLE! One of our participants summed it up perfectly with the following feedback: “This weekend was magical! There is nothing I would change. You guys did such a great job putting everything together… you made it seem effortless and I know you put in your heart and soul, an amazing amount of effort and care. From start to finish, everything seemed PERFECT from my perspective. I couldn’t tell you one thing I would change for next time. I can’t even think of a better word than “magical!”
Camp Crystal: Mt Ida Fall 2023 was PERFECT! We are so incredibly grateful for the gorgeous souls who attended and can’t wait for our next mining Retreat – this time at a phantom quartz mine – in Fall 2024! Here are a few photos of Fall 2023’s retreat to hold you over until that announcement goes live May 1, 2024!
