I live a very sedentary lifestyle and had not done a sport or any sort of activity or exercise since middle school over twenty years ago, and doing yoga has been amazing. My flexibility is better than it has ever been that I can remember, and I just feel better in general and am noticing myself paying attention to my posture and breathing more even outside of class. Sunni is amazing, all of the teachers are amazing, the atmosphere is the bee's knees and I love the variety of classes that are offered. If I had the ability to experience shame, I would not have to worry about that at Essential Yoga because the teachers and students have all been friendly and welcoming. It’s non- heated which is soooo nice in the warm months especially. Everyone is friendly - no intimidation, and I love the variety of class formats.
